The hotel offers rooms with all needed services just by our window for convenience, featuring a shower. The service, eventually corrected after we reached out, showcased brilliantly-great customer service but could use some training. The location is in an area with basically no traffic, ideal for events at Oulton Park and close to major motorways. Dining includes good offerings nearby, with all the ingredients of a full English breakfast. The hotel maintains excellent facilities for guests to enjoy.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a good breakfast, though the paper cups for tea and coffee were not ideal. The customer service was exceptional, making our stay memorable, even though some additional training could benefit the staff. The location is excellent for events at Oulton Park, with easy access to motorways. The dining experience, while including all the ingredients of a full English breakfast, was delivered on cold plates. Overall, the hotel provides excellent value for money with great customer service.
The hotel is conveniently located near Oulton Park for events and adjacent to the leisure centre. The rooms offer ample space for a couple, but the single bed could be more comfortable. The service staff had a mix of experiences, with some showing brilliantly great customer service and others needing more training. While the dining experience had good offerings nearby and included all the ingredients for a full English breakfast, the hot plates were not preferred. The location benefits from being in an area with basically no traffic, but being in the pub instead may not suit all guests.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel offers comfortable rooms, excellent customer service, and a convenient location. However, the dining experience had its drawbacks. Overall, a great value for money.
